location. The union. I'm having to write 20 words minimum. I guess I have some good friends here, otherwise I'm looking for any opportunity to get out/

Cons

High parking costs, cafeteria closing soon, work short, feel unappreciated. Things have steadily declined since they pulled the wool over our eyes and merged with Providence. Not transparent at all. Cut staffing though the Execs make millions. Ridiculous. Terrible healthcare insurance now, no longer cover a medicine I've been on for 12 years.

Pros

Being a supervisor at the Swedish Medical Group for the last 4 years, I was taught by my leadership team how to be a good leader. By following Swedish Core Values: 1.) Patient Center Care and Service, 2.) Respect, Caring and Compassion, 3.) Continuous learning, 4.) Leadership. The supervisors are the best to handle patient's accounts with diligence for the best of the patient. This is the reason why my provider still with Swedish Physicians, even I do not work anymore with Swedish. I am a Swedish Boy, and I highly recommend Swedish for your next employer. If you like to work hard and make a difference, then Swedish is the right choice for you.
