      The people, room for growth, ability to pursue any area of interest

      Cons

      HR and IS disorganized. Lots of changes with healthcare reform so you have to be OK with ambiguity and a little bit of chaos.

      Patients are great, doctors are great, clinc is clean and well maintained

      Cons

      The strategy of belittling employees and intimidating us with our attendance record when we are sick as a way to make us not go home? That should be illegal. The amount of people I infected and then later treated (and lied to explaining I had no idea why they were sick!) makes me sick to my stomach.
