Pros

Mostly great supervisors. Very supportive. Great pay.

Cons

Honestly, it's difficult to get fired here so there are plenty of people that just are not good at their job. But that also means that any effort is rewarded and the management is very very good.

Pros

Architecturally beautiful, new, green built facility. Was once a wonderful place to work.

Cons

Inconsistent standards between units with regards to CNA per patient, CNA tasks (ie vital signs, bathing, I/O's etc). Very poor overall sense of unity within facility. Food for patients often takes over an hour to arrive, and is often not what patient ordered, missing items. Staff and families do not have food onsite or within walking distance, unless ordering from room service. Staff not allowed to order from room service until after 2 pm. Onsite cafeteria only open till 2 pm Monday thru Friday and not at all on weekends. Often food runs out before 2 pm. No break nurse provided, nurses take on 8-10 patients during day and 8-12 patients at night during "break-buddy" lunch. Frequent policy changes that do not extend to all campuses.
