      This place is amazing. I've worked many different places and I can honestly say I've never found a job that values your opinions, career aspirations, and personal life (hello work/life balance!!!). Throughout the organization, there is a sense of community and equality where everyone's voice matters and that allows for you to expand your career in ways you never thought possible. On top of everything else, the organization is committed to patient safety, customer service and innovation. There are so many health organizations in Seattle and I feel confident that this is the top.

      Swedish paid for me to move to Seattle. I can't think of any other pro.

      Cons

      When I started at Swedish the OR Manager was new, the educator was new and the OR is 65% travelers. This place is a horrible mess.
