Pros

For the most part management is pretty flexible with this particular position. You don't have to worry about micromanagement. Other colleagues are always there to help.

Cons

Working directly in clinics as a billing advocate has its challenges. Some clinic administrators aren't as professional & kind to say the least. You report to billing however you work directly with the clinic & depending on the clinic, you could be in a tough spot- between clinch & billing department.
