Lots of variety in opportunities - many campuses, environments, departments. This is a great place to grow a career or have a job while you're raising a family or doing something else. Good benefits, good management, people trying to do their best in a complex industry.

Cons

Downtown commute can be a bear but that's a choice one makes to work for a great organization.
