Swedish reviews

I worked as a per diem psych RN at Stevens when they were bought out by Swedish (2010-2011). I had a great experience. They dedicated a lot of time and effort to making sure we were oriented well, and they appeared to prioritize staff and patient safety. I liked the fact that they had on-site security. I loved the unit set up (actually two units) - one very restrictive with a high nurse-patient ratio (usually around 1:3), and then patients could "graduate" to a less-restrictive unit. Great co-workers, too!
