      I met some wonderful nurses.

      Cons

      Specifically the cardiovascular research group was rife was micromanagement, backstabbing flat out lies, and a high turnover. Thankfully, some of them aren't there anymore.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours. Decent benefits. Union representation.

      Cons

      Without the Union looking out for me and fighting to keep my benefits, I would probably be out of a job altogether. Upper management gets all the perks while the workers get put under more and more pressure. My job satisfaction has continued to diminish over the years of working here, instead of getting better.
