-Easily the worst management I have ever experienced
-Management regularly talks bad about their employees to each other and to the providers in public spaces
-Low census is a "priority", which means management can send you home for as many days as they decide without pay, even when work is needed to be done in clinic
-Management rewards employees who "snitch" on their fellow staff members
-Management does not acknowledge your existence and you will barely see them on the clinic floor
-Management ignores messages and emails
-PTO requests consistently denied
-Surplus of middle management, but you won't know what they do or who to report to
-Support staff regularly doing the work that is supposed to be done by providers
-Low pay
-Extremely high turnover and shortage of staff
-No opportunities for growth
-No training opportunities
-You have to use your own PTO for every observed holiday, even federal ones (July 4th etc). You do not have the choice to not use it.
