Tuition assistance, really just the benefits that the union provides. I like my coworkers.

Cut costs everywhere they can and it shows Does not accept feedback from healthcare workers Pay not comparable to other places, wages do not reflect cost of living in area No incentive for obtaining BSN (no pay raise, just told you’re supposed to do it) Not signing Union contract No regard for safe staffing ratios —even before covid

Great tuition assistance program, added free mental health benefits to health care coverage (in response to COVID), great health insurance, life insurance.

Cons

Pay raises only come annually in the Spring, management is extremely capped by corporate on how much they can give you. It also worth noting that there was no "exit interview" upon leaving the company, so I am not sure how the company is getting information on how they could improve the workplace for their employees.
