My co-workers are amazing! I really enjoy the atmosphere we've built in spite of all of the challenges we face as emergency operators.

Cons

Swedish consistently underfunds its departments and has been manipulating WA labor laws in order to unfairly pay its employees. We have been in negotiations with our union for years demanding that Swedish treat us more fairly. It's frustrating when it seems that no one above union level cares to even come into the office. Our office is dirty, poorly organized, doesn't have ventilation, and management has done little to nothing to address it.
