Toxic cliquey culture, insane amount of employee churn (here one day and gone the next). Constantyl hiring as seen on other hiring platforms for the same position (unable to fill or constantly letting go). Lots of internal team shifting due to indecisive management

Incredibly understanding management staff, open door policy - they actually do care about your well being and about your family. Incredible ability to "take charge" of a business need and showcase your skills. Have an idea? You will be encouraged to implement it it makes sense! Have a way to make another dept more efficient? you're encouraged to say something! The firm is constantly pushing the boundaries in terms of technology. If you want to push yourself to get to the next level this is the firm for you. Great pay, solid benefits and understanding HR team that supports you when you need them.

Cons

Seating is constant in flux so it's a bit hard to feel like your work station truly is "yours"
