Relaxed work environment. Great orientation and training structure from day 1. Sense of employee independence (no micromanaging) Great compensation according to position. Various opportunities for growth. Fun work events that make work more enjoyable and fun. Everyone tries to be nice to each other. HR department is always on top of employee needs.

None so far, I just wish I lived closer to work!
