Pros

I love the fast pace environment! I walked in with very little personal injury experience but the cross training in the various departments really gave me an understanding of the flow of the entire process. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I feel like I’ve learned so much in little time I’ve been here. I also like that there is plenty of support staff to assist.

Cons

The case management system is not necessary the most user friendly but with enough practice it gets a little easier.

Pros

Great learning environment with steady exposure to new challenges and real-world cases. Sweet James offers helpful resources and support, which makes it easier to grow professionally and build skills over time. There are nice opportunities to collaborate with knowledgeable colleagues and the work often feels meaningful. I've also appreciated the structure and stability that come with a firm setting, along with potential for continued growth. You feel valued here.

Cons

With the role, intake is the first point of contact for clients going through stressful or sensitive situations so it can be emotionally demanding. Managing a high call volume while maintaining empathy and professionalism can be challenging especially during busy periods.
