I can say that I am enjoying working with SJ. I was able to handle multiple tasks and in a short span of time, I experienced handling my own team. People are very nice and friendly. They all know what they are doing and all of them are very friendly and professional, especially towards new employees. SJ makes sure that we are all comfortable and happy. From the hiring process to training, it was kind of easy since the HR and the trainers are on point and very accommodating. Leaders also do their best to make sure that everyone is getting help that we need and encouraging all of us to grow.

Working with Sweet James has been awesome. Everybody is on board to help the client. From our weekly blast of motivational quotes you can feel how deeply devoted our higher ups are into serving and making sure our patrons get the services and counsel they need. Every one is easy to approach , being fairly new to the firm I did not find it intimidating to ask questions to my superiors, they make sure you get the process and are eager to lend a helping hand. I can not find any other leader who shows so much dedication into making sure everybody on the team knows how the tasks are executed. This firm has been a blessing.
