Pros
- I'd like to start with the interview/hiring process that only took a short period of time. The updates about my application were given to me straight away. The training that was given to me was enough for me to be confident when I started with my actual tasks. Being one of sweetjames' employees has opened doors for me when it comes to career growth. When I got this job, I knew from the start that I have landed a career. Every win - no matter how big or small is, the whole company celebrates on a daily basis. We have very professional leaders who take good care of the employees. I feel like I have all the support that I need and this makes me very excited to report to work everyday. The environment is what I enjoy the most here in sweetjames and I'm sure that anyone who applies for a job here gets to enjoy that too and more.

I can't think of things that will make you say no to this company. And that's a good thing.
