Cons

Toxic cliquey culture, insane amount of employee churn (here one day and gone the next). Constantyl hiring as seen on other hiring platforms for the same position (unable to fill or constantly letting go). Lots of internal team shifting due to indecisive management

Is ok pay and no weekend work.

Cons

Expectation to dress like barbie in heels. Managers are always making changes. There is a obvious separation of caucasians and hispanics in the office. Gossip. Hispanic girls are always speaking spanish (aside from when calling the spanish speaking clients), making it uncomfortable for those who do not speak spanish. Girls are constantly talking loudly with unrelated work topics while others are making calls. Extremely hard to concentrate and focus. It is shocking how anyone is able to get work done. The office is built to operate as a call center, when it should be a law firm. Garage parking is not included, you must pay a monthly fee. Do not apply.
