No job security, they load you with a lot of cases and if you say something you can get fired. There is a lot of movement, a lot of people are being hired and fired.

The first few weeks/months are amazing. After that, you’ll notice and see all the cons listed below.

Cons

This company has became very frugal and hostile. You will only move up within the company and have a future in this company if upper management likes you. HR goes through a constant cycle of terming employees that have already went through a full course of training and have learned their system to hiring a new batch of hires every week. Most of the new hires have little to no experience which takes more time training them. They throw the new hires to employees that are bombarded with work and expect them to train and get their tasks done. To remind you, this is a weekly thing. This company claims that they are in it for justice, but in reality it’s all about money. There are so many cons, I can probably write a whole essay.
