Pros

Great learning experience. Advancement opportunities. Independent work. Great co workers. Hours are great. Weekends off.

Cons

No training. No leadership. Expect to work long hours with tedious pay and most importantly the pay isn’t great.

Pros

Pay. Most of the regular non-high ranking position employees are nice

Cons

When you start they tell you how strict the company about putting people under the bus, but if there is an issue, they will try to force you to put blame on a specific person or pin it on you even when you're not directly involved. The place is a click. If you aren't part of a specific click then you will quickly become the odd man out. People advance quickly because there is a high turnover rate.
