      Pros

      This company has never laid anyone off. Great benefits. Great people to work with. Fast paced and rewarding. It's also great being around so much audio gear.

      Cons

      They hire so many people that I question if the culture can stay in tact. I sure hope so.

      Pros

      Overall, this is an awesome place to work. The competency level of the average employee is extremely high here, which makes getting things done effectively easier, along with making the work environment more enjoyable. I also think Sweetwater does a good job with work/live balance. The flexibility to self manage my time to handle errands or business outside of work is great. The intangibles like the medial clinic are great too. It's hard to put a price on the value something like having a doctor available for the average "under the weather" kinds of things.

      Cons

      There aren't a lot of downsides. Sometimes it feels like there pay inequity within a department and it would be nice if the playing field were more even.
