A great place to work with awesome people!

Pros

The company hires people that are knowledgeable in their field but have good personalities. Sweetwater is centered around music and there is always a good show in the cafeteria. There are many on-site amenities such as the salon, doctor and fitness coach.

Cons

Though Sweetwater has an employee parking lot, it's not covered. Leadership does not do town hall meetings.

Two Years and I'm Still WOWED!!!

I moved to Fort Wayne, IN two years ago to help shape and lead our Employee Wellbeing initiatives. My family and I took the risk to leave everything that was familiar to us only to be embraced by our new family here at Sweetwater. It's been two years and I'm still absolutely "WOWED" by how we take care of our internal and external customers!

If you hustle you will make plenty, especially for the low cost of living in the area. You have plenty of freedom.

Cons

You will be consumed by work, or you ought to be if you're going to bother to move out here for a 100% commission-based job. No remote work.
