Pros

The Distribution Center is a very clean, organized facility compared to others I have seen. There is a lot of care given to the inventory of equipment and gear. Training time and process is adequate. Great emphasis is placed on workplace safety and equipment safety. The amenities are amazing. I love the gym. The food is great! Haven't used the salon yet but might in the future. Still nice to have just in case its needed. So far, I LOVE everything about my job. I have even told some of my friends to apply since the campus is expanding soon.

Cons

Work level is completely dependent on the retail market. Some days are slower, some days are extremely busy. I usually get 40 hours but I wouldn't mind having more.

Work is exciting and engaging, employees are treated very well by management and ownership, Sweetwater is a key contributor to the community and our economy. It is an honor to be a part of such an amazing Company!
