No room for growth. Working there feels like you're running a rat race. Hard work may be noticed but isn't responded to accordingly. Pay is especially low for the risks you take operating the forklifts. You will feel like you're just another number to SW

- Great music culture - Great place to do friends

Cons

- Salary is subpar, not even market competitive. HR will tell that is, but is always in the lower end of the bracket for salaries for each position. I can deal with stress, dead lines, large volumes of work, but at the end of the day is how much the company thinks you are worth and how much they pay you, On this, Sweetwater fails miserably.
