Pros
- Fast growing. When I first joined, I was told I was joining the "rocket ship" because of how fast they were growing. I figured every business says that but it really felt true here. The company is growing at an incredible rate. During my tenure I saw the IT team go from 20 employees to 100 in a couple years. - The company also just feels high quality. I was proud to tell everyone I worked here. Seeing the customer service be so top-notch really made me feel good about what we were doing. It felt like we actually cared about our customers instead of their wallets. - Great people. Some of the nicest, smartest people I ever had the pleasure of working with were here.
Cons
- Pay wasn't as competitive as I'd like. For as much as I heard sales were going up, my pay didn't really match that rate. - It felt like there was a lot of inter-departmental politics behind the scenes that determined what upgrades to the building would happen. - Very, very white/male workplace.
