You are not micro managed and are free to be yourself on the phone. How well you do here is determined by your work ethic, maintaining a positive attitude, and doing the right thing for your customers. If you treat this as a career, not a job, the sky is the limit.
Cons
Some days require long hours, but nothing too excessive. Early morning meetings twice a week, but these do help you learn about new products. They happen for a reason!
