Pros

Cons

You'll get backstabbed at a moments notice if it saves there job. Pay is atrocious and will pip you to save social media backlash. The only way to win there is go above and beyond 190 percent of the time be fast and perfect. Don't get bonus you get turkeys.

Pros

Discounts on instruments There is a diner that serves hot food Medical plan is actually okay compared to most local companies.

Cons

If you don’t know the handshake you won’t get promoted or get a good review. Most of management gives off the vibe that they are too good for you and at least one of the managers clearly gets joy out of writing people up (I wish I was exaggerating). The sr manager of the department has no connection with his team. Upper leadership doesn’t know what anyone does in the department and dislikes any manager that actually tries to connect with the team to boost morale. I have literally been told that they are aware that they don’t pay enough so that it remains a revolving door and nobody is meant to stay in the department long term. This leaves nobody with knowledge to help guide others. Almost all new hires quit within a month if not less because it doesn’t pay enough to stay. The company talks people into moving across country for this job talking it up like a dream job when in reality it’s just an underpaid warehouse job opening boxes. You don’t get to play guitar for quite some time and even then you still have quotas to meet and won’t meet them if you play the guitar at work. They stress do the right thing for the customer but in reality it’s only a front and they want you to push anything out and not go the extra mile for the customer, unless they know that customer.
