      Pros

      Coworkers are amazing. They really hire good people. Lots of amenities like a gym.

      Cons

      Managers are a joke. Training and communication are terrible. All departments seem to be underpaid based on my area going rate. They don’t care about employee wellbeing despite their claims. High turnover rate. Didn’t respect my religious beliefs.

We take this very seriously as evidenced by the required training that all of our employees must go through around anti-harassment and discrimination. Regarding PTO, we just recently added additional flex days for all employees - giving most employees the equivalent of 20-30% more time off.       Paid based on your own merits.

      Constant gaslighting. Too much tribal knowledge. Retail schedule, two unpaid meetings a week, strict schedule but 100% commission, no remote work. After the company was sold to investors, the micromanagement started. Now I can’t even be away from my desk for more than 15 minutes without being written up. Also, when I started, my class was told after 5 years, we’d be able to get a 9-6 schedule and no weekend. Management claims that was never the case.
