Swift is a decent starter company for new drivers they will pay for you to get your CDL and have you pay it back over a year of employment you will receive any money that you paid towards your schooling back from swift during your second year with the company. They have decent equipment and from my own. Experience flexible home time schedules.

Cons

Your experience may vary depending on who your driver leader is sadly some are not that good.

Go home whenever you want , DM cool people work with you well 100 layover pay when you have to sit

Cons

55 cent a mile , inconsistent miles, planners and weekend DM have you try to deliver loads to people who are closed even if you ask prior are they open, when you need t call they may or may not do it if you don’t call them twice, sometiems your waiting days on a load, com data card doesn’t consistently work when it’s supposed to
