They will take any new driver. If you need experience, you can get it at Swift.

Cons

Driver Leaders are worthless. They are shipping clerks, not leaders. Trailers are junk. Constantly out of compliance. Do not use their driving school. It is way overpriced and is not useful training. It will also tie you to the company for 1-2 years or you owe them $8000. It is indentured servitude.
