All I’m going to say is the PAY is terrible. Why does Swift pay the local drivers mileage pay instead of Hourly pay? Basically your a TRUCK DRIVER working 40+ hours a week, and when that check hits your Bank Account your check is Basically a Fast Food Workers pay check as a Truck Driver!!!

Listening to audiobooks is a plus, but pay and hours are tough

good time if you like listening to audio books all day

Cons

-pay for 70 -80 hr weeks barley $1000 a week - if you cant sleep during your 10 hr break they dont care and will run you another 11 hrs - trucks run but can be nasty at times - will say they will assign you a truck but then take it away the next day
