Lunch break is the only time your not watching work order times made by someone behind a desk that has never work in a shop.

Cons

Promotion packets were made to stop raises and contain questions for an employee that has nothing to do with the area or department that they currently work in which stops further advancement financially for an individual who has not completely filled out and tested on his or her packets.
