The actual job and interaction with the customers was really great!

Where do I start..... There are 5 managers for every 3 people, you aren't allowed to give input unless it's what you know your bosses want to hear. You will move up if you are willing to kiss a lot of butt. The new management doesn't know how to run a company as big as Swift and are making a lot of mistakes.
