The company has plenty of freight to keep you moving not the best pay but its decent until you get your experience in for more companys that will pay more

Cons

not to many con other then the training program, you have some good mentor who will train you properly and some who looks at you as a paycheck just make sure u ask questions as many as yoh can

Swift’s charities are wide spread here

Cons

Swift is always trying to catch up to competitors but change stalls progress here - people are stuck in unfulfilling positions - Terminal Leaders drink while at work. Nice example for drivers. No diversity and anti gay

Don’t get pay increases that often driver get paid more than office staff other that Fleet leaders and terminal leaders
