Out of every 10 driver managers there's 1 that will go outta their way to make sure you get paid and make money. They have a dumb system that pays you by the miles but by zip code, which almost all the times is short by a couple miles, on the long run it affects you trust me. But they're policy is it they can not adjust milage unless it's more the 10% short , yeah do the math a year.

The trailers are outdated on both dry and reefer side. They don’t maintain trailers whatsoever. No communication, bad attitudes when you try to communicate with them. They don’t pay you for work performed and then come up with lame excuses.
