Flexibility, pay is decent. They can be attentive and caring when drivers have a family emergency.

Cons

The training is horrible. It feels rush in order to get the drivers out the door quickly and start driving on their own. Dealing with Kim over at the headquarters/ HR department is like pulling teeth.

Swift Transportation Response

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We are one of a few companies that require new drivers to continue training with a mentor once they acquire their CDL. Drivers are always welcome to express if they do not feel ready to take on the road on their own.
