      Pros

      Hard work, but not as hard as most heavy duty mechanics. Schedule. 7 says off every 2 weeks

      Cons

      Changing management. Constantly being micro managed by poeple who just read numbers and have never been to the ground floor. Every company has this, but even when things are perfect, they complain, so we don't loose our "edge" result is that they have cried wolf over every little thing so it's hard to care about anything other then doing q good job

      easy work, decent terminals, home time was ok at times.

      Cons

      management, smartdrives events, having to call drive leader everyday to check in.

      Pros

      Good training programs for starters

      Cons

      Terrible pay and obvious hierarchy that protects and pays drivers in certain tiers more and forcing others in the lower ranks to struggle no matter what terminal or dl you choose or move to. I never felt secure or in a dependable position.

      Hi, we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We have raises that come with tenure and experience. We also have a bonus program that most OTR drivers qualify to participate in regardless of tenure.
