Received CDL and training I've never grossed under 50k yearly Choose between local, dedicated, OTR Swift drivers treat each other like family Swift gave me a chance when my college degree opportunities dried up

Cons

Planners will purposely preplan you on unrealistic live load/live unload times and get upset when you counter offer with a realistic pickup/delivery time Dedicated drivers aren't paid detention pay
