      Pros

      Swift is an excellent company to work at if you want low pay and love liars and dishonest people. TERMINAL Leaders ARE RUDE and not polite but also other people in the office

      Cons

      you will not be treated the a person should be. I left due to fact after 5 years SWIFT would not allow me to advance my career to be a LOCAL DRIVER, not a dedicated driver also would not allow me to become a manager.
