      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity with new jobs constantly opening up. Most middle management mostly down to earth and easy to work for. Easy to get hired.

      Cons

      Low wages and salaried employees expected to put in very long hours. Swift promotes very inexperienced employees to management. Favoritism. Upper managements bonus is based on how low they can keep employees wage down.

      Pros

      I've worked for Swift Full Time for a little less than a year now, I have to say they are a really good company. They always take care of the worse situations no matter what, they're always there for their drivers!

      Cons

      Need a better structure of where to place trucks for freight. Sometimes you'll be sitting because there's 80 trucks in your area and only 40 loads..
