Pros
Swift is, as all companies are, exactly what you make it out to be. If you're easy to deal with, accept and arrive to your p/u's and deliveries on time than you will have absolutely zero trouble with the company. Now...if you're that super trucker that can do no wrong...than you're in trouble, at Swift or anywhere. I started as company driver making dirt for money (cause if you're new this is how it works) but within 18 months I went to Lease Op Mentor and began raking in the cash. My take home $$ after expenses (but before taxes) was easily over $100,000. I worked HARD! 70+ hours and I lived for the next load. If this isn't you or you can't commit to that level of work because of family, etc. than your results will be less. Think about it.
Cons
Support staff were only friendly and polite on occasion. This isn't a Swift thing. This is a trucking thing.
