Has numerous dedicated runs. Treat people for the most part with respect.

Cons

Would rather keep office staff than dedicate on time drivers. I had a 110% on time rate. no service failures, but ECT staffing continued to give me a hard time with over 30 years experience..

Swift will damage your career as a commercial driver by putting accidents on your driving history that you were not involved in. This stops people from providing for their families and families across this great nation.
