Pros

I love my fleet Manager in Memphis Tenn.. driver leader has lack of commuication It was my first job as CDL A driver.. I get to see country that I thought I will never to see.. I get awesome bonus when I did good ranking ...

Cons

Dual Camera is what will RUIN your life and your CDL life. I dont mind camera facing forward out on the road but inside cab is what will ruin your life.. they treat drivers differently.. I know a driver who was fired after 3 minor accidents and 13 voliations on elog.. I was one of the best driver with highest ranking NO accidents I happened to touch phone ( grabbing it before it falls ) and camera shows I touch the phone fired 3 weeks later without any warning.. you can be the best driver on time never fail service THEY DONT CARE they keep eye on every negatives you done and coach you or write you up NEVER pats ur shoulder and say GOOD JOB..

Pros

Everyone is relatively nice. Lots of low hanging fruit.

Cons

Extremely old school culture. Boys club kind of thing. If you're not a Mormon you pretty much aren't getting promoted ever. They hire directly out of BYU and promote all the Mormons quickly. Other people don't stand a chance. I checked Linkedin and the people that worked there when I did either quit (not mormons), are in the same exact spot (not mormons) or are promoted mormons. Most companies I've worked at are pretty cool with work from home and flex schedules 1-2 days a week. All the places my wife has worked in Phoenix have been the same way. This is absolutely not acceptable here it seems, unless you're one of the few chosen ones.
