Stable work, flexible scheduled, good work/home balance. Not a stressful job. No micro managing. Do not have to worry about losing your job.

Cons

Better review of pay for long term employees. New employees are coming in and making more then employees who have been here long before.

They treat you nothingaftetyoubeen there for a while you sit on the weekend because they don't have any freight and if you call the office they get mad and your driver leader stay out of work more than you do and they catch a attitude they feel like running you when they want to so I would think about it before I go there and their school is a dam joke they don't teach you nothing they charge you $5000 to go to school but the government gives them $10,000 for hiring you so you get screwed even before you start
