Good place to start learning the job. They get you in a truck and They get you out on the road quickly.

Cons

Company is just too big. Phones are a mess. Training is completely inadequate. That is why Swift has the reputation that they have.

Don't think I had enough close quarters training and not enough communication between drivers and dispatchers just the number and their trainers only care about how many miles you drive for them how much money you're making them not the proper way I only drove at night on the interstate 4 11 hours every night didn't do much parking are all that he did all the interview with so I would say not request
