Pay is pretty well for a CSR position, perks to working at corporate office like the gym, cargo store, and the Jake brake.. when you leave work, you leave work behind because they are fully staffed 24/7 365 days a year.

Cons

Could be hard to move up if your not in "the good ol boys club", high school like politics, or unless you been at company long time. Maybe better in other departments.

They will hire anyone with a license and clean drug test.

Cons

They are company full of stupid, uncaring, jaded people who will make your life miserable. Through idiocy, they will always find a new way to keep your paycheck low, make themselves look bad, and fail in their every promise. This place is home to a mental illness - their corporate environment is sick from the very top all the way to the bottom.

A good place to get started. They will pay for your school & training as long as you stay with them for 26 months

Cons

It's a big company so you're just a number to them. It takes 5 years to get to 40 cpm so don't expect to make much at first. Don't do anything wrong or they will Black Ball you and it will be hard to get a job
