Pros

Miles are there if you want it. Pay is good as you all know more miles means more money. Swift is not as bad as they portrait it to be.

Cons

Equipment sucks the company knows and they don’t care. They have a mindset of if it ain’t broke don’t fix it, and when it does broke well just pray you are not the one with it. Do your pre trip. The dash cam system is so stupid it’s at the point where I just don’t care anymore. I know am a safe driver and I don’t care what a company thinks one thing they will not do is force me to drive their way.

When its busy people can get the good loads all the time

Cons

If its not busy then the owner operators will take all the good loads and the regular employees will get the not so good loads and it will be a bad week. as good as it can get juuuust for a little while then it can be all down hill from there.
