Pros

High energy, fun and active work environment. You get to work and interact with athletes and kids every day.

Cons

Management doesn't really listen to employee suggestions. Growth and advancement is nearly impossible if you want to get into the business side of the company (and not just swim instruction). There are lots of excuses and empty promises.
