Pros

Reliable work, benefits after a year and school working for gives me the tools to succeed and train the students to have agency, respect and learn with pride.

Cons

Some schools praise student bad behavior and disrespect teachers. It is a business with sharks and liars running the leadership.

Pros

They pay for their incessantly long ADP onboarding process.

Cons

I’ve been working with them for two months and have yet to snag an assignment. However, you’re required to work at least 7 days per month. It’s ridiculous. How can you work the minimum required days if you can’t find yourself in a classroom?
