Thank you for your 5-star review! Since you wrote, Swing has launched a rewards program where you can earn bonuses and high-value gifts for teaching with us. We're launching another bonus program in Fall 2021 where you can earn a cash bonus. Stay tuned! Thank you for the feedback. We're glad you're seeing plenty of teaching opportunities on the platform. Mike will be happy to know you like getting periodic updates from him. In terms of schools, Swing partners with public, charter and private schools in 6 states and in Washington, D.C. Those schools are located in both suburban and urban settings. We're aware that in some schools behavior management can be tough. We're grateful to the substitute teacher community for their dedication to these schools and students. If you are interested in expanding the areas where you teach, you can contact Customer Support and they can update the schools you're linked to. -Michele at Swing Education

Cons

1. Most of their schools are in the inner city and behavior management can be tough. 2. There's no constant pay rate, you cant be sure of how much earning to expect at a different school. 3. It's almost impossible to reach the admin staff on phone
