Absolutely no collaboration and a toxic environment that starts with upper management. unrealistic timelines and expectations. Very strict work environment that borderlines on lunacy. I made huge mistake accepting the position. A Chinese company owns Kuka which is German of which owns Swisslog which is swiss. There are so many hands in the pot its one jumbled up mess. Trying to do a simple task takes approval from europe and can take weeks. Very frustrating.
